With increased global competition and an accelerating pace of innovation, attracting skilled talent becomes ever more important to secure long-term economic growth. A skilled workforce can be achieved through domestic education, by attracting foreign talent, or by individuals studying abroad or gaining knowledge in another country.

Today, the SIREUS team had the great honor to listen to four of The Nobel Prize Laureates at the House of Sweden, hosted by Embassy of Sweden in USA. During the reception, interesting and especially inspiring panels about topics regarding the Laureates' backgrounds and their story of becoming scientists. The panel continued to discuss how we should attract the younger generation around the world to head into the field of research and science.
So that we, together can create a better tomorrow.
