Unlock Your Potential within AI: A Unique Opportunity for Swedish Students in Silicon Valley!

Are you a young Swedish student with a passion for innovation, a burning desire to create something of your own, or a side project within AI that's waiting to flourish? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you! Imagine taking a break from your daily routine, skipping school or work for a week, and immersing yourself in the heart of the tech world in Silicon Valley. "Snabbt," is a non profit organization that sponsors Swedish students to spend a week in Silicon Valley, covering everything from flights and accommodation to food and networking opportunities.
Snabbt is an initiative by Alfred Wahlforss, Willhelm Bolin and Emil Erne that strives to give young Swedish students and entrepreneurs the chance to quickly immerse themselves in the dynamic environment of Silicon Valley, where they can accelerate their learning, meet influential founders, and kickstart their entrepreneurial endeavors in a short span of time. The trip is sponsored by EQT ventures and will take place between the second and sixth December this year with the possibility to stay longer. Accommodation, food and flights are covered, all you need to do is apply!

A chance to expand your interests in the U.S.

The program includes one-on-one chats with founders who have raised over $50 million in funding, as well as with those who are just beginning their entrepreneurial journeys. You'll also have the opportunity to meet with venture capitalists and angel investors who can help fund your ideas. The rest of your time will be dedicated to working on your side project, and the trip will conclude with an event where participants can pitch to a selected group of founders and investors. Most importantly, you'll build connections with your cohort and Swedish entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley.

Giving Swedish students the opportunity to discover Silicon Valley

"We always wished there was an opportunity to travel to San Francisco with other young entrepreneurs when we studied in Sweden" says Alfred Wahlforss, one of the initiators behind Snabbt. “The approach to, and the infrastructure for creating companies that exists here is unique, and few people outside of Silicon Valley are taking advantage of it," adds Wilhelm Bolin. "The majority of all the advances we've seen in AI in the last year have happened right here, and to participate in the revolution that's going on, you have to experience it first hand."

Snabbt is an initiative by Alfred Wahlforss, Wilhelm Bolin and Emil Erne - three young Swedish entrepreneurs who live in San Francisco and want to inspire other young Swedes to create the next generation of tech companies. By giving students and young entrepreneurs the chance to visit Silicon Valley they hope to motivate more Swedes to take part in the evolution of Artificial Intelligence. "The majority of all the progress we've seen in AI in the past year has happened right here, and to participate in the revolution that's going on, you have to experience it firsthand."

"We are both building companies in AI and Alfred lives in a "hacker house" with twenty other entrepreneurs where they brainstorm thoughts and ideas about the latest developments in AI with each other on a daily basis. Sweden has every opportunity to participate at the forefront of AI and we hope to contribute to that through Snabbt". - Willhelm Bolin
